Users must be at least 13 years old to register and use Ponbu. However, users under 18 should obtain permission from a parent or guardian before making purchases.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Users may be required to verify their accounts via email to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.

Users must provide accurate personal details when creating an account and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Any form of fraud, reselling, or exploitation will result in account suspension, legal consequences, or permanent removal from the platform.

Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their account and must notify Ponbu immediately if they suspect unauthorized access.

3. Ordering & Payments

Order cancellations are allowed only if the item has not been shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds are available for damaged or defective products before shipping. If a product is received in a damaged condition due to transit, users must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as a change of mind, dissatisfaction with product appearance, or personal preference.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order, provided the item is in its original packaging and condition. Users may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective upon arrival.

Users will receive tracking details upon order confirmation, allowing them to monitor their shipment status.

Free shipping may be available for orders above a specified amount or through promotional coupons, while shipping costs for other orders will be calculated based on the shipping method, weight, and order value.

If a package is lost or delayed, Ponbu will assist in communication with the shipping provider but is not responsible for shipping-related issues.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

Ponbu is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping; liability falls on the shipping provider. Users should contact the carrier for claims related to missing or damaged packages.

Products sold through Ponbu are guaranteed as per the stated refund and return policies, and sellers are expected to adhere to the platform’s quality guidelines.

Ponbu does not provide warranties beyond those explicitly stated by sellers or manufacturers.

While Ponbu strives to ensure accurate product descriptions, we do not guarantee the availability of products or the accuracy of third-party product listings.

6. Account Termination

Ponbu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

• Spamming, excessive returns, or abusive behavior toward sellers and customer support representatives.
• Violating platform policies, including selling prohibited items or misrepresenting product listings.
• Any activities that threaten the security or integrity of Ponbu's operations.
